About Innstead
Innstead Co-operative is one of a few scattered-unit housing co-ops in Toronto. We have 53 properties, with 88 units on 22 streets in the East End of Toronto. We’re located between Jones Ave. and Coxwell Ave. on the west and east. From the north our homes extend from Gerrard St. E. to Queen St. E.
The co-op encompassess Little India on Gerrard Street East and Leslieville on Queen Street East (or to the south) and is in the Greater Riverdale Area. We’re located in an area of growing popularity for the arts community in the east end. not far from the Beach and the Leslie Street Spit for walking, biking and enjoying the outdoors.
